Will the holster (or other gear) I purchase look exactly as it does in the picture on your website?

No, while it may be similar, each holster is custom made by hand, thus there will always be differences between two different holsters made. We are always improving our design and workflow processes so you will always get the latest and greatest version of what we produce. Rest assured that the holster will be made to the specifications you selected in our online store.

I shoot left handed, can you make a holster (or other gear) for me to use with my left hand?

Absolutely, for any products that we produce that can be designed for left hand customers we have an option to choose on which hand you prefer it to be designed for. Just select the option on the product page before adding it to your cart.

I can’t find the exact setup or design that I want on your website, can you make something specifically for me?

It depends on your requirements, but we can often make whatever design you might need. If you can’t find it on our site and want to know if we can produce it for you feel free to contact us.

How long does it take for me to get my holster or other custom product?

Our current lead time is within a week, many times just one or two days. Custom orders take priority over our standard production runs, and in special cases we can do rush orders as well for individuals that require them for duty use or are traveling out of country. You are always welcome to contact us to request a status update to your order.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently are accepting orders online via PayPal, credit card through our website, and in person via SimpleSwipe, and cash.
